I have an idea for a cup design, can you customize with specific colors/design?
Yes! Email katie@shimmereddesignco.com with your custom design request. Feel free to send inspiration photos as well!

How soon will I receive my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email within 48-72 hours with mock-ups of your design for approval. Once you have approved your mock-up design, work will begin on your cup. Cups will ship within 10-14 business days thereafter. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.

Is my cup dishwasher safe?
No. Cups should be hand washed with mild dish soap. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials like SOS pads, steel wool, or scrubbing sponges.

Can I put my cup in the microwave?
No.

What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of your tumbler, returns are not accepted. Please contact us though if you have any problems with your order.
